Setup Steps

1. Connect the Drawer

Connect the cash drawer to the drawer (RJ11/kick-out) port of your receipt printer.
Make sure the printer and the drawer work at the same till.

2. Define It in the RoxPos Panel

Select the relevant printer under Settings > Printer and Sharing.
Enable the cash drawer (automatic opening) option and save.

3. Test

Take a cash payment and verify that the drawer opens automatically.
