• RoxPos: The brand and technical infrastructure providing the service.
• User: The natural or legal person using the service.
• Third Party: Independent service providers that are integrated with the service.

3. License and Use

• The service is provided within the scope of the usage right covered by the purchase or subscription.
• License or account details may not be shared with unauthorized persons or organizations.
• Product features may be updated in line with technical requirements or regulatory changes.

4. Pricing and Billing

• Rental and subscription fees are determined by the selected package.
• Billing periods are applied according to the terms of the agreement or offer.
• Price updates take effect for new periods starting from their effective date.

5. Support and Service Continuity

RoxPos makes the technical effort required to keep the service running. Impacts arising from internet, device infrastructure, or third-party service outages may vary.

6. Limitations of Liability

The user is responsible for using the service in compliance with the legal regulations in their own country. Liability arising from non-compliant use rests with the user.
