Open tables and checks, add products, run quick sales; apply split payment, comps and discounts, and print the check.
From the table, the customer views the menu in four languages via QR and places an order; orders are added to the check automatically.
Automatic stock deduction via recipes, AVCO cost, multiple warehouses and PDF/Excel reports.
The customer calls the waiter from the table; the call reaches the waiter's phone and the panel instantly.
Table reservations with check-in/check-out times; expired ones are filtered out automatically.
Move, merge and lock tables and track guest counts on a single screen.
Per-branch isolation, cross-branch copying and comparative reports.
Menu- and action-based permissions; unauthorized actions are locked in the interface.
Cash, card, credit, split and mixed payment; discounts, comps and weighed products.
Dashboard, PDF/Excel export and multi-branch comparison.
Delivery (Yemeksepeti, Getir, Uber Eats (Trendyol), Migros) and fiscal POS (Beko, Ingenico, PAX, Hugin, Pavo).
IP-based printers, per-product routing; check and receipt printing.
No installation required; works on any device, and you can keep going via hotspot even if the internet goes down.
Orders land on the kitchen display and the cook marks them Preparing/Ready with one tap. Tickets turn green-amber-red as they age, with large touch targets that work with gloves. No extra device or app — it opens from the panel and the mobile app.
Shift calendar, timesheets, leave and sick days; period calculation with overtime, night and holiday multipliers. Staff start and end shifts by scanning the venue's QR code from their phone; lateness and early leave appear in the period report. Payslips and payroll are built in.
Recipe-based production, automatic ingredient deduction, staff consumption and real cost.
Getir, Yemeksepeti, Uber Eats (Trendyol) and Migros Yemek orders on one screen. Automatic acceptance, automatic kitchen ticket printing and an automatic fiscal receipt from the POS device; an audible alert when an order arrives. With product matching, stock is deducted automatically.
When an item that already went to the kitchen is deleted, a void ticket prints on the relevant kitchen printers. When a payment is taken, a payment receipt prints with the payment breakdown, discount, amount, user and date. Who changed what and when is kept in the activity log.

The most common questions about getting started, integration and operations.
RoxPos runs on iPhone, iPad, Android phones/tablets and Windows, Mac and Linux computers via a web browser. It is cloud-based and needs no installation.
No. Basic use requires no on-site setup; the process is handled with remote support.
Yes. It integrates with Yemeksepeti, Getir, Uber Eats (Trendyol) and Migros Yemek.
Yes. RoxPos works with Beko (List or Instant Mode), Ingenico/PAX, Hugin (PC Link or Cloud Link) and Pavo (REST or UniCloud) fiscal POS devices; the amount is never retyped on the device and the payment is posted back to the check automatically. Setup steps are completed with our support team.
Check lines, VAT rates and the payment type are sent to the Beko device from RoxPos, so the cashier never retypes the amount. The basket either lands in the device list or goes straight to the payment screen, and once the receipt is printed the collection is posted back to the check automatically.
The open check is listed on the Ingenico device screen; the cashier picks it and takes payment on the device. Cash, card and split payments post to the check instantly, so at end of day the till and the report agree.
Yes. PAX handhelds are used at the table and fixed units at the till; both attach to the same check. While a server takes payment at the table, the manager at the till sees the same check up to date, and each payment channel lands separately in the reports.
There are two connection types. With PC Link the register connects to the device over the local network and the payment type is chosen in RoxPos when sending. With Cloud Link the device pulls orders from the RoxPos cloud itself; no network setup is needed and the cashier picks the payment type on the device. In both, the document goes with its line items and VAT rates, and the payments reported by the device are posted to the check one by one.
The sales document goes to the Pavo device with its line items and VAT rates; cash, card and meal-card collection is completed on the device and the result is written to RoxPos automatically. With REST the register connects to the device on the same network and pairs once with 'Accept' on the device; with UniCloud the device pairs through the Pavo cloud using a code, no shared network is needed and tables land in the device's pending list.
Yes. Orders land on a touch screen instead of a paper ticket; items are marked preparing or ready and the waiting time is shown by colour. It runs as its own menu in the panel and the mobile app, and works with a tablet or screen you already have without buying extra hardware.
Yes. Shift planning, clock-in and clock-out, leave and overtime live in the same system; staff clock in and out by scanning a single QR code, with no fingerprint device needed. A scan becomes a suggestion on the timesheet that a manager approves or completes by hand, so the month-end summary takes minutes.
Yes. When the venue's internet is down, you can open a hotspot from your phone to connect tablets/devices over mobile and keep operations running uninterrupted.
Table/operation notifications can be monitored per user, viewed in the notification list and cleared. Alert flows are supported for printing and important actions.
Local network printers are configured by IP/IP+Port. You can route products to different printers, send the same product to multiple printers and design the print flow by category.
Yes. You can run date-range analysis in the dashboard, sales summary, user performance, activity log, closed check and stock reports.
The customer scans the QR code at the table with their phone; without downloading an app they view the menu, prepare a cart and send the order. The order is recorded automatically on the table's check. The customer can also call the waiter from the table; the call instantly reaches the waiters' phones and the management panel. The menu works in Turkish, English, German and Spanish, and if you like you can also collect a satisfaction survey via QR.
Yes. You define raw materials and link every product to them via a recipe. When a check is closed, stock is deducted automatically per the recipe; with AVCO (weighted-average) cost you see the profit margin per product. Multiple warehouses, critical-stock alerts, stocktaking and PDF/Excel stock reports are supported.
Yes. You plan table reservations with check-in/check-out times; expired reservations are filtered out automatically. Moving, merging and locking tables and tracking guest counts are all done from a single screen.
Yes. All data is isolated per company and branch. With cross-branch product/category copying, instant branch switching and comparative branch reports, you can manage your chain from a single account.
Yes. You grant each user menu- and action-based permissions: deleting orders, moving/locking tables, taking payment, applying discounts and comps, closing checks, and so on. Actions the user isn't authorized for are locked in the interface.

No. The kitchen display is a menu inside the panel and the mobile app you already use; any tablet, old phone or computer browser in the kitchen is enough. No separate licence or installation. You simply give the kitchen user the 'Kitchen Display' permission.
You do not need a fingerprint device: a QR code unique to your venue is generated, you print it and put it at the entrance. Staff scan it from their phone at the start and end of the shift. A manager can complete a forgotten clock-in or clock-out by hand, and the record keeps who added it. An attendance report compares scans with the plan and shows late and early-leave minutes.
Yes. Getir, Yemeksepeti, Uber Eats (Trendyol) and Migros Yemek orders are collected on one screen. If you wish, the order is accepted automatically, the kitchen ticket prints automatically and a fiscal receipt is issued automatically from the POS device. A distinct sound plays when an order arrives, and if you matched products, stock is deducted automatically too.
