Delivery and Return Terms

RoxPos is a platform that offers digital software products and software licenses. This document explains the delivery method and return principles for purchased licenses and subscriptions.

1. Digital Delivery Method

RoxPos does not ship physical products. Access to the product is provided digitally after purchase by assigning the license/integration to the user's account.

2. Activation and Access

  • After payment confirmation, the relevant package is added to your account and management panel.
  • Activation time may vary briefly due to technical verifications.
  • Access details are sent to the email address registered to your account.

3. Right of Return

Software services come with an unconditional 15-day trial period. For paid licenses, eligible return requests made within the relevant period are refunded according to the payment method.

4. Return Request Process

  • The account holder must submit the return request through the support channel.
  • The request must include order/license details and contact information.
  • A return invoice may be requested and may need to be provided as required by regulations.

5. Returns for Hardware Products

Hardware return requests are not accepted except in the case of defective products. For faults, the procedures of the relevant manufacturer or warranty provider apply.

6. License Status After Return

License access may be disabled once the return is approved. Technical records may continue to be retained due to legal obligations.

7. Scope Note

This policy applies to RoxPos digital software products and software licenses. Fees and terms for third-party integrations are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.
