Setup Steps

1. Connect the Caller ID Device

  • Connect your Caller ID device, compatible with the phone line, to the computer/network device at your business.
  • Verify that the device can read the number information from the line.

2. Define It in the RoxPos Panel

  • In the admin panel, go to Settings > Integration.
  • Select the Caller ID integration, enter the device/port details and save.

3. Test and Use

  • Make a test call and verify that the incoming number appears on screen.
  • Check that the name and past orders open for registered customers.
