Four platforms, one screen
Getir, Yemeksepeti, Uber Eats (Trendyol) and Migros Yemek orders arrive in a single list in RoxPos. No more watching four tablets, missing orders or adding up four separate reports at the end of the night. A new order plays a different sound from a table order, so you hear which channel rang.
Automatic acceptance, automatic kitchen ticket
During a rush, accepting an order by hand and then printing the kitchen ticket by hand is wasted time. In RoxPos both steps can be automated by a setting: the moment an order arrives, acceptance is sent to the platform and the kitchen ticket prints on the right printer. The automation runs server-side and claims each order once, so the same order is never accepted or printed twice.
Automatic fiscal receipt
Issuing the fiscal receipt for an online order by hand means missing receipts at the end of the night. If a supported fiscal POS device is connected, RoxPos can issue the receipt for an online order automatically. This depends on how the device works: RoxPos does not open a separate check for it — the receipt is issued straight from the order. For some payment methods, such as meal cards, no receipt is issued — we say so on screen instead of skipping it silently.
Product matching and stock
You match the platform's 'Chicken Wrap' to your own product once; after that every online order deducts stock automatically, and raw materials too if a recipe is defined. There is a single menu-import tool that produces content in four languages, so you do not retype the same product on four platforms.
