Printer and Print Agent Setup

Download Print Agent

⚠️ If you see a "not safe / unidentified developer" warning, the file is not harmful: on macOS, right-click the file → OpenOpen again; on Windows, choose "More info → Run anyway".

Setup Steps

1. Download Print Agent

  • Download the setup file for your operating system from the download button on this page (Windows .exe or macOS .pkg).
  • Download links are also available in the admin panel (Settings > Printers) and shared by our support team.

2. Install the Printer Driver

  • Install the official driver for your printer model from the manufacturer's website.
  • After installation, print a test page from the operating system to verify that the printer works.

3. Run Print Agent

  • Run the setup file you downloaded and complete the installation.
  • The agent starts in the background; it is configured to run automatically when the computer turns on.

4. Verification and Test

  • You can check that the agent is running from its local health address.
  • In the panel, define your printer with IP/IP+Port under Settings > Printer and Sharing.
  • Route products to the relevant printer, enable automatic printing and try it with a test order.

Why Use It?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I define multiple printers?

Yes. You can define printers on the local network with IP/IP+Port, route products to different printers and send the same product to multiple printers.

Why is Print Agent needed?

Print Agent forwards print jobs from the panel to your local printers so you get automatic printouts; it removes the need for manual printing.

Does printing work if the internet goes down?

Printing happens over the local network. Even if the business internet goes down, you can keep your devices on the same network with a phone hotspot and continue operating.

What if a "not safe / unidentified developer" warning appears?

This is normal, the file is not harmful. On macOS, RIGHT-CLICK the setup file → Open → click Open again in the dialog. On Windows, choose "More info → Run anyway". (In future releases, a signed package will remove this warning entirely.)

Does the agent run in the background or does a window stay open?

The agent runs hidden in the background; it does not keep a window open on screen. It starts automatically every time the computer turns on. It is hard to close it by accident.
