Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sell on account and collect later?

Choose Store Credit and the customer at payment; the amount goes to the customer's balance and doesn't count as cash in the till. When they pay, settle it with Collect Payment in Customer Accounts. Reports show credit on a separate card.

Can I track what I owe suppliers?

Yes. Enter a purchase invoice as On account and the total becomes a supplier balance; when you pay, use Make Payment in Customer Accounts. The Purchase Documents list shows paid and remaining amounts per document.

Which licence includes customer accounts?

Customer Accounts come with the basic RoxPos package, together with Tables & Sales, Reservations, Reports, Stock, Staff and the Kitchen Display.
