Beko

Beko support page →

List Mode

How it connects
The RoxPos server sends the basket to the Beko cloud; it lands in the device's basket list and the cashier picks it on the device in turn.
Local program
Not needed.
Panel setting
Settings ▸ POS Integration ▸ Beko: Basket Mode 'List Mode' (one setting per branch), Terminal Code, Terminal ID and Branch ID.
Payment type
Not required: if chosen it goes to the device, otherwise the cashier picks it on the device.
Table / Quick Sale receipt
Sent from the table and Quick Sale screens; you can send part of the bill by selecting items. Payments taken on the device are posted to the bill.
Online order receipt
Manually from the order details with 'Send to POS (Receipt)'. 'Auto-send to POS (Receipt)' runs on the server but always sends an instant basket to the chosen receipt device: if that device is in List mode in its own menu it rejects the basket and the automatic receipt stops after 3 attempts.
Invoice information slip / receipt limit
If a customer with a tax ID (VKN / TCKN), a document type (e-Archive / e-Invoice / Invoice information slip) and a document no. are chosen, the device prints an information slip; with only a customer, the customer details go to the device and the document stays a receipt. RoxPos does not enforce a limit.

Instant Mode

How it connects
The RoxPos server sends the basket through the Beko cloud straight to the device's payment screen; collection starts right away. With several devices you pick the target device.
Local program
Not needed.
Panel setting
Settings ▸ POS Integration ▸ Beko: Basket Mode 'Instant Mode' (one setting per branch), Terminal Code, Terminal ID, Branch ID and the 'Payment type required' switch shown only in this mode.
Payment type
Depends on the setting; required by default. If turned off, the basket goes without a type and the cashier picks it on the device.
Table / Quick Sale receipt
Sent from the table and Quick Sale screens; you can send part of the bill by selecting items. Payments taken on the device are posted to the bill.
Online order receipt
Manual and automatic. The server issues the automatic receipt, so no computer needs to be on; the chosen receipt device must be in Instant mode in its own menu.

Ingenico / PAX

Ingenico / PAX support page →

Wireless (TMS)

How it connects
The device pulls the branch's open bills from RoxPos itself over TMS; the cashier picks the bill on the device and takes payment, and the result is written to RoxPos.
Local program
Not needed.
Panel setting
Settings ▸ POS Integration ▸ Ingenico / PAX (both brands share one card): connection type 'Wireless (TMS)', Terminal Code and Terminal ID.
Payment type
Chosen on the device; types linked to the fiscal device cannot be chosen in RoxPos. Types not linked to it (e.g. on account) are taken in RoxPos.
Table / Quick Sale receipt
Table and Quick Sale bills appear in the device's list; the cashier picks them on the device and takes payment. Split payments are made on the device.
Online order receipt
No automatic receipt. A receipt sent from the order details with 'Send to POS (Receipt)' lands in the device's list as a virtual bill; the cashier picks it on the device and closes it as cash.
Invoice information slip / receipt limit
No invoice information slip is sent; a chosen customer is only attached to the bill. RoxPos does not enforce a limit.

Wired (GMP3)

How it connects
The RoxOKCingenico program on the Windows till PC takes the job from RoxPos; the program connects TO THE DEVICE (the device's IP and port on the local network, 7500 by default, or USB) and prints the receipt.
Local program
RoxOKCingenico (Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit); the till PC and the program must be running.
Download and setup →
Panel setting
Connection type 'Wired (GMP3)', Terminal ID = the device's serial no.; device connection: Network → the device's IP + port, or USB → COM port (automatic if empty).
Payment type
Required; choose a type linked to the fiscal device (cash, card or meal card).
Table / Quick Sale receipt
Sent from the table and Quick Sale; with split payments a single receipt prints once all parts are taken. If the program is closed the job waits and prints when the program connects.
Online order receipt
Manual and automatic. The job enters the till program's queue and the program prints it when no table job is waiting; the till PC and the program must be running.
Invoice information slip / receipt limit
If a customer with a tax ID (VKN / TCKN), a document type (e-Archive / e-Invoice / Invoice information slip) and a document no. are chosen, the device prints an information slip; with only a customer, a normal receipt. RoxPos does not enforce a limit.

inPOS

inPOS support page →

Wireless (TSM)

How it connects

Table / Quick Sale receipt
Sent from the table and Quick Sale with 'Send to POS'; the payment plus the receipt no., Z no. and EKÜ no. are written to RoxPos; the table does not close by itself.
Online order receipt
No automatic receipt. A receipt sent from the order details with 'Send to POS (Receipt)' lands in the device's list as a virtual bill; the cashier picks it on the device and closes it as cash.
Invoice information slip / receipt limit
A customer with a tax ID (VKN / TCKN), the document type (e-Archive / e-Invoice / Invoice information slip) and the document no. go to the device; at the receipt limit the device can change the document on its own screen. RoxPos does not enforce a limit.

Wired (GMP3)

How it connects
The direction is the reverse of Ingenico: the RoxOKCinPos program listens on the till PC (port 59000) and the inPOS device connects TO THE PC. The program takes the job from RoxPos and prints the receipt on the device.
Local program
RoxOKCinPos (Windows 10 / 11, 32-bit program; Visual C++ 2010 x86 + 2013 x86); the till PC and the program must be running.
Download and setup →
Panel setting
Connection type 'Wired (GMP3)', device serial no., the TILL PC's IP (not the device's) + port 59000; the device is paired with this address once.
Payment type
Required; choose a type linked to the fiscal device (cash, card or meal card).
Table / Quick Sale receipt
Sent from the table and Quick Sale. If the program is closed the job waits and prints when the program connects.
Online order receipt

Invoice information slip / receipt limit
Above the device's receipt limit, a customer with a tax ID (VKN / TCKN), a document type and a document no. (max. 16 characters) are required; RoxPos does not send without them. Below the limit an information slip can be chosen too.
